“My husband and I just moved here from about 16 hours away, and we have been very pleased with how Patriot Pointe has handled everything. We toured a lot of townhomes in the area and this one was by far our favorite. The units are in great condition and we just love the safe neighborhood feel of this residence. McKenzie made the rental process feel super easy and any extra fees were highlighted at our first meeting, so they did not come as a surprise. When we first arrived our door code wasn't programed, but after one email that evening it was fixed the next morning and they even came in person to apologize. We've been impressed with how they've handled each situation so far!”

“I’ve lived here for nearly two months and have spent plenty of time inside and out of my townhome. The neighborhood is quiet and nearly everyone I’ve met has been kind and welcoming. Working with McKenzie during the application process all the way through to move in and any questions since has been a breeze. Upon moving in, I had an issue with the refrigerator not operating correctly. The attempt to make repairs were unsuccessful, and a new refrigerator was ordered and installed.”
